Share Your Story

Sharing your story is a powerful way to help others who are traveling down the same path that you are.

Whether you are an individual with the disease, a care partner, healthcare provider or a supporter of our work, your story can help raise awareness, bolster our advocacy and research efforts, and break the isolation felt by many affected by the disease.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will all submitted stories be published?

While we aim to feature as many stories as possible, not all submissions may be published. Our guidelines can be found at the top of each questionnaire.
You will be notified via email if your story has been selected for publication.

When will my story be published?

The publication timeline varies. If your story is selected to be published, the CL Foundation will notify you via email. We appreciate your patience during this process!

How will my story be used by the Cutaneous Lymphoma Foundation?

Your story may be featured on our social media pages, website, patient experience poster and email communications. It will be used to raise awareness, build community, promote research and inspire action.

Is there an age restriction for submitting stories?

Individuals are being diagnosed with cutaneous lymphoma at younger ages. Their stories are important and we are open to sharing them as well. However, we ask that if you are under the age of 18, that you and your parent/guardian contact the CL Foundation by email (info@clfoundation.org) before submitting your story.
